Reltio multidomain MDM architecture and delivery — from data modeling through golden records, governance, and the operating model that sustains them.
This is the core of my practice. Over 16+ years, and concentrated Reltio MDM architecture work across insurance, manufacturing, and investment domains, I've designed and delivered the entity models, match rules, and governance structures that turn duplicate, conflicting customer and account records into a single trusted source — and I've also run the production support organization responsible for keeping that trust intact after go-live.
Customer, account, and contact data usually lives in multiple systems that don't agree with each other — different spellings, duplicate accounts, conflicting "correct" values. Reports don't reconcile, outreach goes to the wrong contact, and every new integration inherits the same mess. An MDM platform only fixes this if the underlying model, match logic, and governance are designed deliberately, not defaulted.
Standing up Reltio from discovery through production for an organization consolidating customer or account data for the first time.
Reviewing an existing Reltio configuration for match/survivorship accuracy, performance, and technical debt.
Defining who owns which data, how exceptions get resolved, and how stewardship works day to day after go-live.
Reltio Integration Hub and REST API patterns for real-time and batch ingestion, enrichment, and downstream distribution.
Fewer duplicate and conflicting records, and a Golden Record teams actually trust.
Governance and stewardship built into the model, not bolted on after an audit.
Architecture designed by someone who has also owned its production support.
For a new implementation, I typically start with entity and interaction modeling workshops before writing a single match rule, since the model drives everything downstream. For an existing platform, I start with a configuration and match/survivorship review to find where accuracy or performance is breaking down. Either way, the governance and stewardship model is designed alongside the technical build, not left until after go-live.
Whether it's a new implementation or an existing Reltio program that needs a second look, let's talk.
